Self Catering Holiday Accommodation in Nerja
Our self catering holiday accommodation is located in Nerja on the eastern Costa del Sol in the southern Mediterranean in the province of Malaga. The accommodation overlooks the large swimming pool and tropical gardens of the complex and has sea views. The Torrecilla beach is just across the road.
Nerja is a unique town, far unlike most of the other towns and villages along the Malaga coast. According to the travel information website Tripadvisor, Nerja has been highlighted as one of the Top Ten Beach Towns in Europe!
Our holiday accommodation's location is perfect, right in the centre of town and right next to the Torrecilla beach. The terrace looks onto the tropical landscaped gardens and swimming pool and has nice views of the sea. At night the waves can often be heard!
The famous Balcon de Europa, or "Balcon" is a leisurely 10 minute walk away through the old part of town. The old quarter still retains its original character and charm with many narrow and winding cobble-stoned streets and typical little whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums.
If you are interested in things to do while here, then visit the famous "Cuevas de Nerja" or Nerja caves where the Nerja International Music Festival takes place once a year in June inside the largest cave chamber.
Nerja's climate is wonderful as the summers are comfortable and the winters pass by practically unnoticed. There are numerous beaches and secluded coves a mere 5 minute drive away. Nerja is also known for it's popular nudist beach nearby called Cantarrijan Playa and considered the best nudist beach in the area.
